With more than 20 years of experience in employment law and executive advisory, she counsels C-suite leaders on complex transactions, executive negotiations, and sensitive organizational dynamics. She helps leaders move into, through, and beyond the C-suite with clarity, confidence, and foresight.

Her perspective is grounded in decades spent inside organizations, at the table as decisions were made in real time. In senior in-house roles at globally recognized companies including PVH, Spotify, Shopify, and GIII, Lauren advised on high-stakes people matters - from executive transitions to reputation-sensitive situations - developing a precise understanding of how leaders think, where flexibility exists, and what drives outcomes. She also served as partner and head of the employment law group at a boutique New York law firm.

That insider experience sets her apart from traditional outside counsel. Lauren operates as a strategic partner - one who has been in the room, understands the pressures on both sides, and knows how decisions actually get made. Clients rely on her for candid and practical advice, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity while positioning them for what comes next.

Lauren also brings deep experience in labor and employment matters, including union relations, workplace investigations, training, and compliance and governance across the cannabis, fashion and retail, media, and technology sectors.

She holds a B.A. from Colgate University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Outside of her work, Lauren is a wife and mother of three sons. She enjoys live music, Broadway, fashion, and time at the beach - ideally with a great beach hat - as well as staying active through tennis and skiing. She is a strong advocate for clear communication, meaningful relationships, and human connection.
